And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth dismay among the nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the wave, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

And then they will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Luke 21-25,26,27

Speak to Zerubbabel governor of Judah saying, I am going to shake the heavens and the earth. And I will overthrow the thrones of kingdoms and destroy the power of the kingdoms of the nations. Haggai 2- 21,22

The coming of the Lord is the event, which triggers the shaking of the rulers from their places authority.

This event triggers great convulsions in the natural world; it looks like the whole order of creation is rocked by this apostolic release of power.

Everything that we presently know as reality will be turned upside down.

The natural expression, which will be convulsive, is the invisible reality of war in heaven.

And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there has not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great a earthquake was it, and so mighty.

And the great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of his fierce wrath. Revelation 16-18,19

And the woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth. Revelation 17-18

This harlot of revelation is first the powers that rule this world; secondly it is the earthly expressions of this power. It’s not some institution it’s everything that expresses this heavenly reality.

Many biblical expositors try to make this harlot of revelation something that has a fixed point in this world.

There are many fixed points that express this reality, but the force of propulsion lies with the heavenly rulers that rule this cosmos.

This is where we have to start.

If we try to point to something in the world and say this is Babylon, it becomes a headless body.

Babylon is very much alive in this world, but we have to realize that it is only an expression of the reality of the heavenly.

Babylon is first the world spirit. Behind this spirit is the prince of the powers of the air; he is the energizing force that is released into the nations.

We hate to believe this but we live in a world that is dominated by his image.

The human race is only just racing into the full development of antichrist.

Antichrist is not something that is coming he has been here since the beginning, what we are witnessing today is the full development of this figure, we already worship his image.

The number 666 is just really only the full development of this man of sin.

He dwells in Adam; this is his arena of operation. If you live in Adam you are under his jurisdiction.

Adam is a slave to this spirit, it’s like Adam is one with this reality.

This world outside of Christ is chained to this man of sin, they are forced into doing his will, and they can’t break free from the chains that hold them.

The only escape is through the cross, which is regeneration into the new humanity, which is Christ.

Mankind has now become a beast; he is something totality other than what God created.

We are living in a time when we are calling evil good and good evil.

This world spirit is growing in leaps and bounds. Who knows what the full expression will really look like when fully developed.

I remember a dear old brother speaking to me one day, he said the world is looking and waiting for the man of sin to arrive on the scene, he said don’t you know that he lives in us?

After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority. And the earth was illuminated with his glory. And he cried with a mighty voice, saying fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! And she has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird. For all the nations have drunk the wine of her passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, come out of her my people, that you may not participate in her sins and that you may not receive of her plagues. Revelation 18-1,2,3,4
