Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were entreating through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God, 2 Corinthians 5-20

The picture that Paul gives us is a citizen from a different country, living in a foreign land, living under the sovereignty and all the rights of the land that he is from, its like we are here in this world, but are not of it, we represent a county, which is different than this one that we presently live in.

Do not love the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world the love of the Father is not in him, 1 John 2-15

If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, therefore the world hates you, John 15-19

I have given them thy word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world.

I do not ask thee to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one, John 17-14,15

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one 1 John 5-19

Yes the kingdom of heaven has come, but only in testimony. At the cross the Lord established his consulate in this present world, we who are now the citizens of this other country are protected under all the rights of this other country.

In Christ Jesus, who is our present consulate in this world, when we live in him, then we are covered and protected by all of his his rights and sovereignty.

The reality also is that the God of this present evil age still rules his subjects, he is their taskmaster, his reign of terror and evil still continues in this age.

The world is not getting better, darkness is increasing on all nations, including and escalating in the western countries.

With all mans so called great wisdom and knowledge, he thinks he is so wise and clever, but the truth is that all his great knowledge is increasing his great blindness.

The great lie of the evil one, which he likes to hide from the world, and the church, is that he does not want man to know that he is still the God of this present age.

Yes at the cross his judgment was delivered, but the execution of his sentence awaits for the close of this present age.

This new teaching, which is called Kingdom now, is not consistent with the scriptures. This arrogance that is coming from so many, thinking that they can take over this present world for Christ, is so flawed at its very foundation.

The church is here in the testimony of the great king. The church is in this world to help in the rescue of the subjects, from this present world and into the consulate of a different nation. That is role of the church in this age.

When the church of Christ thinks that they can take over nations for Christ, then the results bring terrible consequences?

The fullness of the testimony of this other kingdom will some day invade this world, but it will only come when the great king returns from the throne of glory. It is only his right to rule and rein over the nations.
